Place de la Concorde is not easy to photograph as it is so big and you might not know where to stand. Actually one of the good spots is right at the corner of Jardin des Tuileries (Next to the Lion) where the composition is interesting including Eiffel Tower in the background. Other than that it offer nice perspective on rue Royale towards Eglise de la Madeleine. Don't miss as well the close up on the wonderful fountains.

Champs Elysées leading to Arc de Triomphe: some good shots can be done next at Place de l'Etoile, especially at night when you can get car trails around the square with the illuminated Arc de Triomphe.

-
Pont Alexandre III: in my opinion the most beautiful bridge in Paris. Beautiful views over Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. If you go down the stairs on the right bank of the Seine you might get a chance to get a nice puddle of the bridge.

-
Trocadéro: this is pretty simple, other than sunrise this place is full of people, so you'll have to get up early, but that's clearly the best view on the Eiffel Tower. Some interesting compositions with the golden statues. You can go down in direction of the tower if you are lucky the fountains will be in action, further in that direction don't miss at night the carrousel as a foreground with the tower behind.
