13th might not be the 1st place you think about when you think photography in Paris but an interesting place for architecture photography is the BNF.
BNF stands for Bibliothèque Nationale de France and it's a beautiful playground if you like that kind of modern buildings.

Tour Montparnasse: probably the best view over Paris. 18€ well spent and definitely worth for the stunning 360 view at the top, especially at sunset.

-
Beaugrenelle gives some interesting architecture shots possibilities providing you take the time to explore a little bit.

Crossing the bridge have a look at Statue of Liberty, good shots from behind. Still going in the direction of pont de Bir Hakeim, there is a spot I like very much. It is located just beneath the bridge where the RER C train is passing by and gives a good frame to the Eiffel Tower.

Last but not least, Pont de Bir Hakeim is a wonderful (and well known) spot for photographers.
